The segments shown in order are 1. Montana Rail Link with BNSF, & Norfolk Southern, Plus Northern Pacific 4-6-0 number 1382 on display at Helena. 2. Eastern Idaho Railroad. 3. The Inaugural Run of Union Pacific Big Boy 4014 from Cheyenne Wyoming to Ogden Utah with 844 on a Double-Header to participate in the 150th Anniversary of the Golden Spike. There is a blooper however that Brad says that Challenger 3985 was converted to oil in the 80s, when he should've meant 1990. Some of Brad's Angles of 4014 & 844 was also shown in another title: Steam Smoke & Thunder Volume 2. And 4. The Boise Valley Railroad with 2-8-2 number 2295 sitting on display.
