🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on all items — defective or not — within 30 days of delivery.

- We'll issue an RMA number. You must have a valid RMA number for your return to be accepted.
- We'll send the return address and shipping instructions with your RMA number.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Defective DVDs will be replaced with the same title or refunded
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- No restocking fee
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return
- Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted
