Walt Berko gives us a fantastic video with part one of this four volume set on the California Zephyr in Colorado. You begin at Denver Union Station and then proceed to about five miles before reaching the famous Moffat tunnel. Except for a few scenes where a still picture of the locomotive control panel appears, the camera never leaves the action which is inside the cab of the lead locomotive. There is also chatting between Mr. Berko and the train engineer, plus the sounds of the radio, train horn, and locomotive engines. Part one of this series is simply breathtaking.
