These are priceless scenes superbly set up and filmed by a master! My one quibble is the trains are in many cases cut short, whether in editing or by Otto himself, trying to save film. The subject matter was really good if like me you enjoy the E and F units.. But the video was very choppy , going from scene to scene quickly, sometime just a second or so in length.. This really took a lot of the enjoyment of watching the video away.. Not sure if it was the camera work , the quality of the old film or the editing.. The video was full of some rare views. The scenes are short but the quality is excellent for the time period. There is a scene of the hydraulics on Rio Grande and this was a first for me. Lots of Rio Grande in this one and Denver Union Station.....Ottos home. Some scenes are from other Otto Perry films but I can get over that. There is enough new here to make it worth purchasing.
