The DVD in my opinion was a stone cold rip-off! This is a 2 part DVD yet it says nothing about that in the advertising or anywhere on the DVD cover itself. You get halfway thru the programming and just when it gets to the good part, they thank you for buying their DVD and tell you to be sure to purchase part 2 to see the rest of what it says is already on the original DVD. I contacted TVD immediately complaining about this company's false advertising to get you to buy the DVD and TVD took care of me right away and made the purchase right. This is my first DVD from TM Books and it's my last DVD from that outfit!

Narration: Could have used more.

Would kids enjoy this? Yes.

Image quality: Good.

Value: Overpriced.

Recommend? Definitely not.

Just Like How to Build a Toy Train Layout from 1993/1994, And Building an O Gauge Layout: Beginner & Advanced from 2007, This 2011 Instructional DVD features the Same Skills and instructions on all of the layout building techniques, But its all 100% HO scale. The Producer's Son Jeff McComas Did an outstanding job narrating this instructional program. Even the music in this one is really cool to hear. Plus it's also free on Amazon Instant Prime Video Streaming service.
