heartland highlights features train action around much around the Midwest with many of the major class 1 railroads and a few regional railroads many of which include the bnsf union pacific Kansas city southern Norfolk southern Amtrak csx Metra Canadian pacific Canadian national the Arkansas & Missouri railroad (with some of the new sd70ac units and the old alco c420's) iowa interstate the Wisconsin & southern railroad (I've started to gain a liking for the railroad) the Crab Orchard & Egyptian railroad with their switcher and many more a few treats include a visit to the Illinois railway museum with Frisco 1630 up 1982 (the Missouri pacific heritage unit) and a look at Canadian Pacifics Nahant yard (which caught my eye as there were a few former soo line locomotives there) and I was sad to find out pentrex is no longer in Pasadena anymore as they merged with highball productions and are now in Indiana (I have bought many other videos from different producers outside of tm books and video and pentrex and I will make reviews on ones that I've bought outside the ones I've always bought from) pentrex will always be the best railroad video company to me

Majority of this program was all 95% diesels, except for Frisco 1630 at the Illinois Railway Museum. Sadly as of today, all of the videos we know are being moved and merged from Passadena across the Heartland To Indianapolis.

Narration can be turned off.
