This program shows the SP&S 700 during the 2nd week of Steamfest '90 shortly after being returned to service earlier in the year. Here is a summary of the segments in this program:

October 17, 1990: Portland, OR to Kennewick, WA
October 19, 1990: 2 Roundtrips from Kennewick to Prosser with 700 while Great Western 51 makes a roundtrip from Prosser to Granger. At night, the 700 heads from Kennewick to Yakima while 51 heads for Toppenish.
October 20, 1990: 2 Roundtrips from Yakima to Ellensburg with 700 while Great Western 51 makes a roundtrip from Ellensburg to Cle Elum.
October 21, 1990: A roundtrip from Yakima to Cle Elum with 700
October 22, 1990: Yakima to Pasco
October 23, 1990: Pasco, WA to Portland, OR

The only complaints I have for this video is that the dates are incorrect unlike Mark I Video's production of this event "Steamfest '90." In addition, since this program was produced in 1990, there is some audio issues as some of the narration is harder to hear compared to the noise the 700 is making. But overall, 700 puts on a good show with her loud exhaust and her engineer showing off her melodious-sounding whistle on many runbys.

This program and �Steam to Spokane� are the first programs I own of the 700. This program is a follow up of �SP 4449 Washington Steamfest� and the newly restored SP&S 700 makes an encore performance for her first excursion. 700 dose look great especially sporting that special painted auxiliary water tender. If you like big steam and don�t have any programs on the 700 then you would wanna get this copy right now!
