This video features ex-L&N 4-6-2 #152. Built in 1905 by Alco's Rogers Works in Paterson, New Jersey, 152 is the oldest active 4-6-2 operating in the United States. We'll take a quick tour of the Kentucky Railway Museum, then it's off on 152's inaugural run between Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky. Along the way, 152 encounters the 1.6% grade of Jett Hill at Frankfort, Kentucky. She puts on quite a show getting over the top.

More than forty runbys, cab scenes, pacing, and a rare doubleheader with ex-Monon BL2 #32, make this an action-packed video you should not miss.

Digitally re-mastered, this video brings you 43 minutes of great steam and diesel action!

Not only was Berkshire Productions there for the test runs & first excursions of the 1905 Rogers Locomotive Works built 4-6-2 in 1985, but also other producers like George Redmond of Diverging Clear Productions, Ken & Ron Durham of Lasting Impressions, & the late America By Rail co-creator Greg Scholl. Some of Grant's Angles in this program was not only used in Part 1 of the Berkshire Productions Montage Series, but it was also used in several Children's titles by TM Books & Video: "I Love Toy Trains Parts 7 & 8", "I Love Big Trains Part 3", "All About Trains", & "Trains are Cool part 1". Today 152 is still in pieces at the Kentucky Railway Museum in New Haven on the former L&N Lebanon Branch.
