year of the big boy is a 3 vol. set steam train videos has made covering the biggest event of 2019 the return of union pacific big boy 4014 in this vol. this video captures the great race to ogden utah first starting the 4014's first test run which would run from cheyenne wyoming to nunn colorado with the 4014 pulling a short train with one of the auxiliary water tenders and two of the cars used on the up steam trips and up diesel 8937 than the big attraction would be the 4014's first major trip from cheyenne to ogden to celebrate the 150th of the golden spike the trip would include the 844 accompanying the 4014 than there's the footage of the celebration at ogden than the video concludes with the return trip back to cheyenne (there's no coverage of the the golden spike national historic site which is fine with cause i'm many of the other videos that cover the 4014 is there so i think each one is different covering the same thing now there's a clip from the site which can be seen in the big boy return to the main line video from railway productions) overall this is an excellent video covering the 4014's first trip the other two vols. cover the trip in the midwest and the first half of the tour of the southwest there all fantastic
