Well the scenery, the layout itself, and James Coffey's songs are what this is all about. On the vhs version, it features the theme songs from the best selling TM videos I love toy trains & a Lionel Christmas.
Additional remarks by Steamboy: Narration: Just enough. Would kids enjoy this? Yes. Image quality: Good. DVD Value:: Fair. Recommend to others? Definitely.

I would not recommend this video to any model railroaders. I might recommend it for children (aged 2-5) to watch though. The modeling content is of so very poor (grade -F) quality of even "good" basic modeling skills, and are totally lacking by whoever (who should be ashamed of even taking money to create this mess) did the work on this layout. The film quality is good, as is the narration. However, most even basic armchair model railroaders will take some semblance of pride and can easily outperform the so called "quality" of the modeling that this video shows. Whoever paid for this layout to be done got ripped off terribly! I could not nor would not recommend this video to any model railroader........
Additional remarks by viking1956: Narration: Just enough. Would kids enjoy this? Definitely! Image quality: Good. DVD Value: Overpriced for the amount of enjoyment I got out of it. Recommend to others? Definitely not!.
