The film seemed to be far more about Conrail than Penn Central which was disappointing because I bought it for the PC.
That said, the quality of the the footage was good for its time and the quality of the sound was average.
The DVD provided excellent information as the viewer was taken on the journey partly in the cab and partly trackside.
A useful DVD for the railroad fans - especially if they are interested in Conrail.

Additional remarks by Don Lyons:
Narration: Just enough.
Would kids enjoy this? I doubt it.
Image quality: Good.
DVD Value:: Fair.
Recommend to others? Not unless they REALLY were interested in the subject matter.
