I have purchased several DVDs by John Pechulis Media. All of them are well done especially when you consider that these were filmed in the 70's and earlier. The narration is by someone who apparently used to work for a railroad. His comments are an added plus.
Additional comments:
Narration: Just enough.
Would kids enjoy this? I doubt it.
Image quality: Good.
Value: Fair.
Recommend? Yes.

This 64-minute DVD was purchased mainly because of the classic motive power recorded during 1957 to 1963, including Alco, Fairbanks-Morse, and Baldwin units. I am not closely familiar with the specific geographical area, but the diesels (and a little steam) from several northeast railroads make for some interesting viewing. The railroads covered include: PRR, Erie, Reading, DL&W, NYC, CNJ, D&H, EBT, WM, LV, WAG. Of course, these are lineside train scenes that can never be duplicated, with the freight cars and structures of the era.
