Travel to southern Colorado and northern New Mexico and BNSF's Raton & Glorieta Subdivisions, home to Amtrak trains #3&4, the Southwest Chief. This is a comprehensive look at the former AT&SF line between La Junta, Colorado and Albuquerque, New Mexico andt and the passenger trains that run over it.
This route is the last place in the United States to see semaphore signals running outside of a railroad museum, and you'll enjoy an in-depth look at them. But there's much more to this route than the semaphores, it's an incredibly rugged and scenic railroad in it's own right, and you'll see all of it.:

See the Chief race across the Great Plains out of La Junta
Watch the Delhi wig-wag in action
See the climb over the 3% grade of Raton Pass
See all three stands of semaphores before the 2020 replacements took some away
See 1960-era searchlight signals, antiques in their own right.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Glorieta Pass
See the Chief in Shoemaker and Apache Canyons
Coverage of the Chief running over the NMRX Albuquerque Subidvision.
Enjoy the route from both trackside and on board.
Fantastic coverage of one of the most iconic lines in railroading. Includes chapter menus, narration on/off. Running time 2 hours, 15 minutes.

In this very first Railway productions title of the 2020s decade, there is not only a variety of scenery plus appearances by heritage units, but also a handful of freights, the New Mexico rail runner express commuter train, & of course the music of the late Michael Lynch from the America by rail collection of the 90s. Examples include the winter in the cascade mountains segment from the west coast route in 1995, the royal gorge used in Tennessee pass & the royal gorge route from 1997 as well as Colorados scenic train rides from 2000, the Las Animas to Trinidad portion from that recently turned 20 year old video, the Salt Lake City to Reno Nevada portion of the California Zephyr from the heartland in 1994 which was also used on 611 on home rails from 2018, and 2 from Greg Scholl: German steam 72 & 75 from 2019, & the recent revival of the rotary on the Cumbres & Toltec, the Omaha to Denver portion from the heartland, the south bend Indiana to Chicago portion of the capital limited which was also used in steam railroading in the north country from 2018, & Steam in 3 countries from Greg, & one of the 3 songs from Las Vegas New Mexico to the Santa Fe southern railway portion on route of the southwest chief from 1997. Plus there is the kenova West Virginia to Huntington portion on the cardinal from winter wonderland in 1996.

All in all, this somewhat ABR Reboot is much enjoyable to watch again & again with Les Jarrets own narration & footage.
