We did a two-dvd set on Deshler, Ohio which we released in 2010, so this is indeed a "Return to Deshler". We made two different trips to this interesting railroad town in 2014, and shot action for about 10 hours or so each day. We see shots at a reflecting pond, each direction at the diamonds, signals, and a former station, and tower. The Mainline of the old B&O line west to Chicago is very busy as we see trains from all over the country traveling through Deshler.
There is a lot of foreign power(Other railroad locomotives besides CSX) on a lot of these trains, and just from memory we saw NS, BNSF, CP, CN, and some lease units.
In addition to the east-west line, the Toledo Subdivision crosses here and its the line that is north-south from Toledo south toward Cincinnati. It is not quite as busy as the east-west line, but sees a lot of traffic that diverges between the two lines here, plus some traveling through over the diamonds. Its a fan-friendly place with a small pavilion and plenty of places to hang-out and enjoy the action.
This is our first new diesel video to be offered in Blu-Ray. Total is 90 Minutes with previews. Please note this video does not have voice narration, only pure train sounds so you can enjoy it just as if you were there. We do tell you the time of day and which direction the train is traveling.

As a sequel to the 2010 2 disc set version, this one was shot for only 2 Days in July and August of 2014. Almost each and every type of power is shown as well as leased units from BNSF, Union Pacific, and Norfolk Southern. Unfortunately, These 3-4 year old footages were quickly becoming historic since most of the C40-8 units on CSX have since been scrapped and only 20 survived and now works for New England�s Pan Am railway. Not only this was Greg�s first diesel themed program on blu-ray, this was the second modern diesel video since Norfolk Southern�s peavine 2 from 2001 not to feature any narration whatsoever.

This is a nice companion DVD to there Vol 1 on Deshler with good photo quality and lots of non stop action, just about every Class 1 Railroad out there makes numerous appearances on every kind of train. There's no narration its a turn up the volume sit back and watch the action DVD.
