The exciting train action includes yard switching, locals and road freights. Diesel models include: SW1200, CF7, GP10, GP15CAT, GP20CAT, GP20, GP35, GP40-2LW, SD45 and SD50F. The connecting lines are briefly seen including BNSF and CP. Plus, there's also a short segment on the Pioneer Steam Tractor Festival at New Rockford, ND. Rail footage era 1996 / 2008-2011.

Purchased this program, years ago and noticed no one has ever reviewed this very interesting program. Was shot in Standard definition Full Screen. Video quality is still first rate and features several great shots of rare SD50F Cowl units both in Ex. CN colors and the attractive DMV&W paint scheme. Very relaxing program to watch and would highly recomend to anyone who may be tired of endless GE Widecab or SD40-2 programs, which everyone keeps releasing. Someone really needs to do a comprehensive Wide Screen High Definition program. of the DMV&W operations of their 523 miles of track along with trackage rights over the BNSF at Bismarck, North Dakota. Will definitely purchase when available
