This program features action on Norfolk Southern's busy Reading Line which runs between Allentown and Reading, PA. Action was shot near Allentown Yard westward to CP Burn, Emmaus, Macungie (where there is a small railroad park under construction), Alburtis, Mertztown, Topton (where there is an old Reading Depot being restored), Bowers, Fleetwood, Blandon, Temple, and CP Belt located just north of Reading. Lots of NS power is seen including the C40-9W units. Also featured are units from CSX, Conrail and Canadian National which are used on manifest freights between Allentown and Toronto, Canada. All scenes were shot on a sunny spring weekend in April 2001.
