The Pennsylvania Railroad rostered a fascinating variety of steam locomotives from small switchers to giant duplex-drive passenger power. This fine program presents a showcase of Pennsy steam in full color with an incredibly realistic restored soundtrack.

Beginning in the St. Louis area, you'll see the legendary T-1 Class 4-4-4-4s in action, along with streamlined K-4 Pacifics, J-Class 2-10-4s, H-Class 2-8-0s, and an L-Class 2-8-2. Huge I-Class 2-10-0s are seen on the line to Sodus Point, NY and 2-8-2s and a leased Reading Class T-1 are viewed at the Renovo, Pennsylvania engine terminal.

Moving to the Harrisburg, PA area, you'll visit Enola Yard for freight action and thrill to an exciting high-speed pacing sequence featuring one of the famous M-Class 4-8-2! At Camden, NJ 0-6-0s, 2-8-0s and 4-6-2s (including Reading Pacifics on the Pennsylvania-Reading Seashore Lines) hustle around the terminal while express trains roar past Winslow Junction on their way to Atlantic City. Rare E-6 4-4-2s are depicted at Pemberton, while the K-4s provide a dramatic winter display of smoke and steam as they haul passenger trains in a blizzard at South Amboy, NJ.
