The American Locomotive company is remembered with locomotives of the Lehigh Valley, Reading and the Delaware & Hudson operating out of Allentown, PA. We’ll travel to Sayre, PA in August 1972 as we view Lehigh Valley action and a look inside Sayre Shops. In Catasaqua, PA the Lehigh & New England is shown as they interchange with the Reading and Lehigh Valley Railroads. Hawk Mountain’s restored RS-3, CNJ 1554 is shown on two occasions along with RDG GP-30 #5513 on the Blue Mountain & Reading Railroad.
