Now that the second runway is in place there are a number of great locations on the sunny (if it's ever sunny in Manchester) side of the new runway. Since our last visit in 2000, airlines have gone, new airlines have shown up, liveries changed and airlines changed aircraft types. A wide variety of aircraft, from regional props and jets through B737, B747, B757, B767, B777, Airbuses from A318 through A330, and airlines from Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and North America. A number of special paint schemes. An excellent show, taped in July 2006, in mostly sunny weather in 16:9 widescreen HDV.
