A highly recommended program that explains very concisely, all the steps involved in reprogramming a handheld throttle to get the most out of your DCC system. The host does an excellent job going through all the steps in reprogramming the functions on a throttle. The steps involved in changing the CV values are very clearly described. A must have for anyone who is either getting into DCC, or has a DCC system already. A highly recommended DVD.
