One of the last active Baltimore and Ohio Railroad's manned towers was at Hancock, WV, between Harper's Ferry and Cumberland. Chester Kamuda visited the tower in its final days and shot from inside. There is heavy traffic on the busy CSX main and there is a small yard to serve an industrial branch. Many freights make set offs and pick ups there.
