A "Head End" ride over the Denver & Rio Grande Western riding and Amtrak F40PH diesel We leave Denver and snake up the giant "S" curve high into the Rockies passing through 28 tunnels before reaching the famous "Moffat Tunnel" which pierces the Continental Divide at an altitude of 9,239 ft. and continue along the scenic Colorado River to Grand Junction. The view is BREATHTAKING.
