These guys do a great job and service, taking the time to film these old Monarchs. My interest stems from the days of my childhood, I realize those old steam engines did throw a lot of smoke, but the pleasure was worth it! I cannot tell the amount of thrill it was to see the three; 4501, 611 & 1218 hooked together, it was a surprise and off the chart for me...How does one get the schedule of steam engines and their anniversities?... 4501 25th Anniversary - Greg Scholl Video Productions Steamboy (Revere MA US) on 2016-07-26 19:48:53.

While 4501 was 80 years old at the time of the 25th celebration event, it is a fitting way to give lots of tributes to this Now 105 Year old Mikado for Excursion service, No matter if its on the Norfolk Southern mainlines, or Just operating every day at The Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum. 4501 25th Anniversary - Greg Scholl Video Productions Hawaii_train_dude (Mililani HI US) on 2019-10-25 03:22:02.

Just finished watching this program and I have to say I really enjoyed all of 4501s action and splendor! Especially when she was painted in that beautiful Crescent green! However for its length of time and price I expected more. Mostly the highlights of this program is the Southern program history and 4501 on a ferry move and short segment of the famous triple header with 611 and 1218. Overall this is a great program from Greg but I think its his weakest. But its still recommend to those who are fans of 4501 especially her early years when she was painted green and known as the green Mikado. |
