Famous for steam era photography Richard H. Kindig also documented the 70's era diesels in 16mm film. Featured are: Union Pacific "Centennial" DDA40X, DD35, U50C, E8, F9, GP30, SD40, and SD45. At Denver, we take a look at Burlington Northern stainless steel E units on an early Amtrak train. West of Denver we watch a Rio Grande Freight and see the Rio Grande Zephyr with F-units.

In your opinion, how was the narration level? There was no narration.
Just enough.
Could have used more.

Narration can be turned off.

Aside from the content of the DVD, how would you rate the image quality (sharpness, camera steadiness, etc)? Poor.
A little rough around the edges.

How would you rate the VALUE of this video? Overpriced for the amount of enjoyment I got out of it.
Seemed a little high, but not too bad.
Good value.

Last question. Would you recommend this DVD to others? Definitely not!
Not unless they REALLY were interested in the subject matter.
