Review of Union Pacific 4014 - Big Boy Back on Tour 2021 DVD

After sitting cold in the steam shop for all of 2020, Union Pacific 'Big Boy' #4014 was back on tour in 2021 with a month-long trip to New Orleans, LA in the summer. This program covers 7 days of the tour starting with the first day on August 5th. Our coverage begins with the Big Boy charging up Archer Hill just east of Cheyenne, WY pulling a short freight and a caboose plus the 3 steam support cars. We'll then follow #4014 across western Nebraska, ending our coverage at Ogallala on August 6th. We'll pick up the chase again at the beginning of September with comprehensive coverage of the last 5 days of the tour. Starting at Kansas City Union Station in Kansas City, MO, we'll follow #4014 west for 4 days across Kansas and eastern Colorado as the Big Boy climbed the high plains towards Denver and the distant Rocky Mountains. As always, large crowds were on hand to witness #4014 wherever it went and you'll see a number of the service stops in addition to plenty of thrilling tracksi

In your opinion, how was the narration level?	There was no narration. Just enough. Could have used more. A little too much. Way too much. Narration can be turned off.
Aside from the content of the DVD, how would you rate the image quality (sharpness, camera steadiness, etc)?	Poor. A little rough around the edges. Good. Excellent!
How would you rate the VALUE of this video?	Overpriced for the amount of enjoyment I got out of it. Seemed a little high, but not too bad. Fair. Good value. Excellent value!
Last question. Would you recommend this DVD to others?	Definitely not! Not unless they REALLY were interested in the subject matter. Yes Definitely. A "Must Have"!
