For over a hundred years N&W's Ohio River Bridge and approach trestle have dominated this small city. 1968 scenes contrast with N-S and CSX modern trains: Chemicals, Grain, Containers... and, yes, still some coal. Local freights and Amtrak's "Cardinal" offer a change of pace.
