Review of Boonton Line Cab Ride DVD

 5 of 5 (3)
Climb aboard the cab of a New Jersey Transit U-34-CH diesel engine for an exciting "Head-End" ride from Hoboken to Netcong, N.J. via the "Boonton Line". This line was once part of the Lackawanna Railroad and is now operated by New Jersey Transit. This program was taped on December 28, 1990 just after a nine-inch snowfall, which further enhances the scenery on this picturesque line. In-cab narration referring to towns, interlockings, tunnels, rivers, bridges, stations and other points of interest is provided. Also featured are in-the-cab shots of the engineer at the controls as well as shots looking hack at the train rounding curves and stopping at stations. 90 Minutes - Color - Sound
