The Pacific Harbor Line services the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach with rail transportation, maintenance, and dispatching. The PHL switches over 25,000 units of carload freight annually and also provides switching services for several intermodal port customers including SeaLand, K-Line, Evergreen America, Maersk, and NYK Line. Pacific Harbor Line has ten locomotives in it's roster including GP7s, SD-18s, and SW1200s. Company headquarters and locomotive servicing facilities are located in Wilmington, CA. The PHL connects to and dispatches all Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Union Pacific trains in the port zone.
