Review of Lionel Nation No. 7 DVD

 4.5 of 5 (2)
The Lionel Visitors Center layout has a new home. The popular layout, previously at the Lionel headquarters in Michigan, has been beautifully restored and is now on display at the Railroad Museum in Riverhead, New York. TM cameras check it out. Jim Suhling and Doug Spitler have Modern Era layouts - one is aimed at functionality and fun and the other at realism and prototypical operation.

See the new 700E Vision Hudson in action. We take a look at the earliest days of steam - the DeWitt Clinton, John Bull, Stourbridge Lion, and the Best Friend of Charleston. Lionel's Alaska NW2 switchers - both the cataloged sets and the set created by collectors, Part 2 of Lionel's Action and Animated cars, and tips on improving performance on MPC locomotives using Postwar parts.

60-plus minutes of Lionel action and adventure.
