CSX's Chicago Hub operates out of six terminals in the region. It will take two programs to get a good handle on the operations of this Midwest Hub. In Volume 2 we will see the CSX Barr Yard at Dolton. All of the major roads funnel through Dolton Crossing. We also visit area hot spots Chicago Heights, Watseka and Woodland Junction.<br><br>These trains and locations were shot between 1998 and 1999 and we'll see the first effects of the split that gave Conrail lines to CSX and Norfolk Southern. |
