The Milwaukee Road was a Class One railroad that operated until 1986. The Milwaukee had most of its presence in the Midwest with many branch lines and secondary routes. This classic railroad sported many different locomotives on its roster and played an important part in the Midwest economy.
Photographer Fred Crissey captured several Midwestern Milwaukee Road lines in the 1970's, and in Volume 2 of The Milwaukee Road, C. Vision features Fred's films in Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota and North Dakota.
Enjoy the sites of trains on Milwaukee's main line from Montevideo, Minnesota to Hettinger, North Dakota along with the New England Line.
