Volume 2 of Lehigh Valley's Buffalo Division by Bill McLane covers operations from Geneva to Coxton and picks up where Volume 1 left off at Geneva. We will also take a brief look at operations under Conrail.
Near Geneva station, we will climb aboard the last trip to Naples on October 20th, 1970. From Geneva, we will travel the main line to Sayre. At Sayre, we will ride the D&H run to Binghamton. Its symbol was FO-2. We round out operations in NY with a Manchester run from Sayre to Gilbert Interlocking.
We will then take a look at operations in Pennsylvania. We'll hop aboard with Bill and the crew on a qualifying run on the State Line & Sullivan Branch.
We'll conclude operations under the LV with a main line run from Sayre to Coxton. Before moving into Conrail, we will take a brief look at B&W footage from the days of steam. Finally, we view operations under Conrail.
