Review of Ffestiniog Railway Bizarre DVD

On a spring weekend in 2010 this 2-foot narrow gauge railway hosted a festival including a variety of steam engines from the 1860s to the present. Nothing massive, mind you, but quite unique and intricate. We also watch and ride a gravity slate train which formed the basis of the original railroad's purpose in life - getting slate to world markets from high in the hills. Multiple camera angles of all action. Other rail-born curiosities appear as well. Narrated by a BBC luminary. Published in the UK by Railfilms, distributed in the USA by Goodheart Productions.
