Review of Conrail Southern Tier Line Vol 1 Conrail & D&H 1979-1985 DVD

The Conrail Southern Tier Line consists of the former Erie Railroad trackage between Suffern and Buffalo, NY.

The trackage was inherited by Conrail on April 1st, 1976, when Conrail took over the bankrupt Anthracite railroads in the northeast.

Under Conrail, the Delaware & Hudson was granted trackage rights on the Southern Tier Line to access the Buffalo area.

In volume 1, we'll look at Conrail and D&H operations on the Southern Tier Line between Deposit NY and Gang Mills yard in Erwin, NY from April of 1979 to November of 1985 through the films of Dave Deyo.

Narrated with commentary by Mike Bednar

Color; approximately 64 minutes runtime.
