Review of Classic Midwest Rails Volume 4 Vol 1 DVD

Classic Midwest Rails Volume 4 part 1 is more great footage from the lens of Jonathan Reck's sound film camera, this time in the upper Great Lakes region of Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin

Jonathan Reck went along with Ken Bealer and Joe Nemeth in 1982 to photograph the Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range, the Chicago Northwestern and the Green Bay & Western.

In Part 1, they railfan the DM&IR, then over to Escanaba, MI where they chased an Escanaba to Green Bay ore train behind high-hood Chicago Northwestern Alco C628's

In part 2, we'll spend 4 days chasing the all-Alco Road Green Bay & Western from Green Bay to Winona and from Green Bay to Kewaunee. And we'll close railfanning the Minneapolis area before they headed home.

Narrated with live sound

Color: approximately 64 minutes runtime
