This program features some great action, conjuring images of past railfan experiences. The decade of the '80's was period of great change to the New England rail scene. The Boston & Maine morphed into Guilford, the Providence and Worcester was becoming a regional giant and cabooses were disappearing. ALCO's were still active on several lines. Featured are the B&M, P&W, CV, Green Mountain, Maine Central, Conrail and many growing tourist operations.
