Review of Burlington Northern Santa Fe in the Arizona Forest 3-Disc DVD

A DIGITAL RE-MASTER OF OUR POPULAR 1997 RELEASE, NOW WITH NARRATION, CHAPTER MENUS AND EVEN BETTER PICTURE QUALITY! OCTOBER, 1996... THE SANTA FE AND THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN HAD JUST BECOME THE BNSF. SCORES OF OLDER LOCOMOTIVE MODELS AND PAINT SCHEMES FROM THE TWO RAILROADS WERE STILL POLISHING THE RAILS ON THE SELIGMAN SUBDIVISION, WHILE THE NEWER PAINT SCHEMES QUICKLY NICKNAMED "PUMPKINS", WERE MAKING APPEARANCES ELSEWHERE. IN THIS PROGRAM WE WILL FOLLOW THE SELIGMAN SUBDIVISION FOR A STRETCH OF 80 MILES WHERE THE ELEVATION TRANSFORMS RATHER DESOLATE LAND INTO WHAT WE LIKE TO CALL "THE ARIZONA FOREST"! Non stop action from all the great locations and some excellent "off the beaten path" spots as well!

In your opinion, how was the narration level?	There was no narration. Just enough. Could have used more. A little too much. Way too much. Narration can be turned off.
Aside from the content of the DVD, how would you rate the image quality (sharpness, camera steadiness, etc)?	Poor. A little rough around the edges. Good. Excellent!
How would you rate the VALUE of this video?	Overpriced for the amount of enjoyment I got out of it. Seemed a little high, but not too bad. Fair. Good value. Excellent value!
Last question. Would you recommend this DVD to others?	Definitely not! Not unless they REALLY were interested in the subject matter. Yes Definitely. A "Must Have"!
