4449 Michigan Odyssey Volume IV follows Southern Pacific 4449 on the final leg of her return trip from Michigan. Watch the locomotive depart west out of Havre, Montana, run along the Hi-Line, and cross over the Continental Divide at Marias Pass. From Whitefish, the Daylight Special travels through Flathead Tunnel and Idaho's Panhandle to Spokane, WA. Then SP449 crests Providence Hill and steams along the scenic Columbia River to Brooklyn Roundhouse in Portland, Oregon. Run time 62 minutes. Widescreen. Narration, music, and natural sound on Audio Track 1. Natural Sound on Audio Track 2.
Bonus Onboard Section. There's so much extensive on-board footage, that it can't all fit in the main program. Ride onboard the steam special and enjoy the views between Whitefish, Montana and Portland, Oregon. Run time 25 minutes. Widescreen. Natural Sound.
