Review of Trains of the Twin Cities & Western Railroad DVD

Features exciting train action along the rails of the Twin Cities & Western Railroad. The show starts in the Twin Cities at Hopkins, Minnesota where you'll see TC&W freights traveling east to St. Paul for interchange with the Minnesota Commercial, Soo/CP and Union Pacific. The TC&W's mainline west of the Twin Cities is former Milwaukee Road trackage that was acquired from the Soo Line in 1991. This scenic prairie route travels through numerous small farming communities with large grain elevators and depots. This program features a fascinating variety of TC&W diesel models including: GP10, SD20, CF7, GP15CAT, GP20CAT, GP30CAT, and GP39-2. Rail footage era 1993 - 2010. As an added bonus this DVD finishes with a steam powered passenger excursion that ran over the TC&W in May of 1998 and featured the Milwaukee Road 261.
