You've really have to be interested in Raton Pass to want or watch this DVD. I model Raton pass during the early 1940s so a lot of the track and equipment has changed (i.e., only one tunnel at the pass) since that era. It does give you a sense of the terrain and extreme grade that the trains still strain to overcome. Quite a change from the speedway of Kansas and eastern Colorado. I was disappointed I had to buy Part 1 just to see the approach into Trinidad. I'll keep it on the shelf as a reference.
